We're a small, dog-loving team of W-2 employees, not a gig app and not 1099 work. We're hiring two Weekend Dog Walkers &amp; Pet Sitters to join our weekend routes, with room to grow into leadership and a long-term career in pet care. WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>Walk dogs in neighborhoods, on beaches, and on local trails</li><li>Lead structured walks and small-group hikes</li><li>Visit cats at home for feeding, litter, play, and medication</li><li>Send photo updates and detailed visit reports</li><li>Provide vacation drop-in care</li><li>Drive between visits across our service area</li><li>Expand your knowledge with continuing education on dog behavior</li></ul>SCHEDULE &amp; FLEXIBILITY<ul><li>Weekends required (Saturday and Sunday). Optional evenings, weekdays, and overnights if you want more hours.</li><li>Hours flex with the season and the schedule. Some weekend days are just a few visits; busier weekends can be an all day shift. We build the weekend schedule around your availability and do our best to make it work for you.</li><li>Slow stretch or a gap between visits? There's optional paid work to fill it: putting up yard signs, flyering, light marketing tasks, or continued training. Your time with us stays productive and paid.</li><li>Year-round role. This job is perfect for those seeking supplemental income while enjoying time with pets and staying active. It's a part-time role designed for additional earnings. If you're open to sharing, is there a minimum amount of income you’d prefer per week or month? We offer full-time opportunities to team members who excel and have been with us reliably for 6+ months. Please note: you will NOT be able to start full time right away.
